Working Mode - Hybrid

Office Timings - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Budget - Up to 16 LPA.


What You Will Drive:

Enterprise New Business Development

  • Identify and acquire large enterprise and corporate clients
  • Engage with CHROs, HR Leaders, Business Heads, and CXOs
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline for Talent management solutions.

Consultative Solution Selling

  • Position Right Managements offerings across:
  • Talent Assessment, Coaching & Leadership Development

Revenue & Growth Ownership

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle prospecting, qualification, proposal development, commercials, negotiations, and closure
  • Drive high-value consulting engagements and long-term partnerships

Strategic Account Expansion

  • Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Expand wallet share and strengthen long-term engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Consulting, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and superior client experience


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience
  • Strong background in HR Consulting / Talent Solutions / Leadership Consulting / L&D / Management Consulting sales
  • Proven ability to close large, solution-led consulting deals
  • Experience engaging senior HR & business stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen with a growth mindset
