Enterprise Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships and achieve business growth. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, developing business strategies, resolving customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in client satisfaction and retention.

• Proficiency in Account Management and managing relationships with key accounts
• Strong Business Planning and analytical skills to develop and execute strategic initiatives
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and enhance satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to handle Key Accounts with a focus on achieving customer success
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Relevant experience in account management roles; familiarity with IT industry is a plus
