The Opportunity

Were looking for high-ownership Enterprise Account Executives who are excited to build pipelines, win new logos, and grow into complex enterprise sales motions in the North American market.

This role is ideal for sellers who thrive on outbound selling, enjoy navigating ambiguity, and want to build a long-term enterprise sales career - not just close transactions.

You dont need to be a finished US Enterprise seller.

You do need the hunger, discipline, and learning mindset to become one.


What Youll Do


Own Pipeline Creation

  • Build and grow a healthy pipeline using a mix of outbound, inbound, and creative prospecting approaches.
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage the right enterprise accounts with a thoughtful account strategy.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of pipeline health and momentum.


Run Consultative Enterprise Sales Cycles

  • Lead discovery conversations focused on customer challenges and outcomes.
  • Position Whatfix as a strategic solution for digital adoption and change.
  • Progress opportunities from first conversation to close with structure and rigor.


Engage Enterprise Stakeholders

  • Work with multiple personas across IT, L&D, Ops, and Business teams.
  • Learn to multi-thread deals and build consensus across buying groups.
  • Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders in North America.


Operate with Discipline

  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy (Salesforce).
  • Use modern sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and Customer Success.


What Were Looking For


Must-Have

  • 410 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to create and progress pipeline, including proactive prospecting where required.
  • Experience running end-to-end sales cycles from first conversation to close.
  • Comfortable communicating with North American customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong curiosity, preparation, and willingness to learn.


Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market customers.
  • Exposure to US / global sales motions.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
