Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Enrollment Counselor to join our team at SOE Global. This on-site role, based in Chennai, involves guiding prospective students through the enrollment and admissions process, evaluating their needs, and providing accurate and helpful information about our programs. The Enrollment Counselor will maintain effective communication with applicants, assist with student financial aid processes, and contribute to achieving organizational enrollment goals through sales and customer service strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience for students and their families.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with prospective students and deliver information clearly.
• Sales skills to guide potential applicants and drive enrollment growth.
• Experience or understanding of Student Financial Aid processes is preferred.
• Proficient in using technology and software related to enrollment and student management.
• Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Previous experience in counseling, admissions, or a related field is a plus.
