Job Profile

We are looking for a Scrum Master to manage client relationships and oversee project workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and delivering quality outcomes for client projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project management support.
• Mandatory Scrum certification.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Knowledge and practical understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to execute and deliver international client projects efficiently.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and timelines.
• Coordinate tasks and workflows with development teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure quality control by verifying and validating project deliverables.
• Continuously work to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
