Shiva International Residential School, a premier CBSE boarding school in Himachal Pradesh, is actively seeking qualified and experienced English educators for the upcoming academic session. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join us as residential faculty and deliver high-quality instruction.

Position Details:

• Roles: PGT English & TGT English (Residential Faculty)
• Curriculum: CBSE
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with CBSE guidelines and the NCERT syllabus.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Prepare senior secondary students thoroughly for CBSE Board Examinations (specifically for the PGT role).
• Develop students' reading, writing, comprehension, and spoken English skills.
• Maintain excellent classroom management and a positive, disciplined learning environment.
• Organize and assist with co-curricular literary activities such as debates, essay writing, and public speaking.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and academic performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• PGT English: Masters Degree (M.A.) in English + B.Ed. from a recognized university.
• TGT English: Bachelors or Masters Degree in English + B.Ed. (CTET or State TET qualification is highly preferred).
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the faculty.
