Job Description
We are seeking an English Educator to deliver engaging lessons and foster a love for learning in our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching:
- Deliver lessons according to the designed program, utilizing worksheets, materials, and teaching aids that promote active student engagement.
- Prepare lesson plans by reading and attending curriculum-related workshops.
- Teach as per instructions in the lesson plan, utilizing various teaching aids and resources.
- Student Support:
- Inculcate discipline within and outside the classroom.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all students, considering their interests, handicaps, special talents, individual styles, and pace of learning.
- Classroom Operations:
- Perform daily duties, including filling records, checking and signing student diaries, and correcting classwork and homework sheets.
- Provide quality and structured feedback to students.
- Special Events:
- Organize and implement special events at the school.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Post-graduate degree in Education or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Middle School Teacher.
