Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Curriculum Developer based in Mumbai, with partial work-from-home options. The English Curriculum Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and refining engaging and effective English language learning materials for various educational levels. The individual will conduct research, implement instructional design principles, create written content, and collaborate to ensure high-quality curriculum delivery. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of learning materials and integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design to create effective, learner-focused educational materials
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing to produce clear, concise, and engaging content
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Research to inform curriculum development and assess content relevance
- Knowledge of educational trends and best practices in English language teaching and learning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote work effectively
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
- Prior experience in curriculum design or instructional roles is highly desirable
