Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality production standards. Daily responsibilities include overseeing the design and improvement of machinery components, maintaining equipment, analyzing production data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to problem-solve and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering concepts including design and manufacturing processes
• Skills in CAD software, 3D modeling, and engineering design tools
• Experience with quality control, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Ability to work independently in an on-site manufacturing environment
• Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in agricultural machinery or manufacturing industries is a plus
