Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer to join our Workplace Platforms Team, contributing to the architecture, development, and evolution of our mission-critical enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring more than six years of hands-on experience designing and implementing robust applications at scale, with a deep understanding of both backend and frontend technologies.
 

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate closely with platform engineers and stakeholders across the organization to deliver innovative solutions that empower thousands of users. You will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle—requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Your expertise in building highly available, distributed systems will be vital as you tackle challenges involving performance, security, and scalability.
 

What We’re Looking For
•    Technical Skills: .NET/Java development experience
•    Infrastructure Focus: Familiarity with Windows enterprise environments and requirements for highly available, global, distributed platforms
•    Professional Experience: Minimum six years in a software engineering role
 

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will demonstrate proficiency with a range of modern programming languages and frameworks, such as .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar. Experience architecting and deploying applications in cloud environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code will be considered strong assets.
