Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner with a primary skill in Aircraft Design, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Your typical day will involve solving engineering problems and achieving business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge, and practical experience. You will work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Key Qualifications: Overall Experience 12 to 18 years. BE in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering Knowledge of Aircraft structural parts, both machined & Sheet metal in Airbus programs. Knowledge on Aircraft structures and associated design principle Knowledge in Aerospace materials, fasteners and surface protection principles. Airbus A350 login credentials (VPM/PASS) added advantage Good understanding of complete product development life cycle from conceptualization to certification Building /Training technical competency within team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be an excellent and dynamic team player. Capable of leading team and resolve technical queries from team. Responsible for customer interaction. Critical Requirement: Airbus Working experience with aircraft structural parts Excellent in root cause analysis & development of appropriate corrective actions Efficiently integrate existing methods with new innovations & communicate effectively at all levels Refer & create Design criteria, Design Guidelines, Design best practices & lessons learnt. Talent utilization and bench reduction, creating & reviewing Statement of Work (SoW), Request for Proposal (RFP)
