Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. You will work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Your typical day will involve solving engineering problems and achieving business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge, and practical experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives. - Develop and implement engineering solutions to meet project requirements. - Conduct technical analysis and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wiring Harnesses. - Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring principles. - Strong understanding of Airbus electrical systems and wiring principles. - Strong understanding of Catia V5 EHI/EHA/EHF - Experience in designing and developing wiring harnesses for automotive or aerospace applications. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to wiring harness design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with electrical simulation and analysis tools. - Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices. - Experience in conducting failure analysis and troubleshooting of wiring harnesses. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in Wiring Harnesses. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE Mechanical or Aerospace is required.
