Must have Skills : Wiring Harnesses Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Design and development of harness routing Generation of Engineering and manufacturing drawingsGenerate BOMHigh level of Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with others including global partners.Proactively communicate with all stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross functionally, sharing ideas, designs and views.Strong written and oral communication skills necessary to lead meetings.German Language would be added advantage. Technical Experience : Good hands on experience of UGNX 3D and 2D and CAD Data Management Team centre, etc.3D models and drawing creation in UGNX , 3D modelling of wiring harness,Good Knowledge in GD and T Tolerance.Design of mechanical brackets, Plastic Cable Channels and other attachment means for electronic modules, lightweight and lowcost, Tech knowledge of tooling methodology for cast and formed parts.wiring Harness Design and Development.Knowledge in other automotive electrical and electronics commodities. Professional Attributes : Automotive OEM or HV Wiring harness or Battery Tier 1 or Engineering Service Industry, High Voltage electrical and electronics commodities.Wiring Harness 3D and 2D design or Electrical routing, Flattening, Formboard, DMU checksDesign of mechanical brackets Sheet metal, Plastic Cable Channels Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Electronics Engineering Additional Information : IX_CE_Auto
