Job Description
Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.
Must have skills : Aircraft Structural Analysis
Good to have skills : A&D Commercial Aerospace

Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address complex challenges and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing engineering problems, and applying scientific and technical knowledge to devise effective solutions. You will engage in various aspects of structural and stress design, ensuring that all engineering tasks align with organizational goals and standards. Your role will also require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of engineering services provided. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of advancements in engineering practices. - Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience in Airbus Concession methodologies and Processes for A350 Task T300 - Should have Experience on the STATIC/Fatigue assessment for aircraft components and assemblies. MAP. - Primary and secondary structure knowledge - Analysis of production and in-service non-conformities - Worked on stress assessment for Aircraft Fuselage components concessions. - well understanding of structures, loads justification of components and mechanical behavior of Aircraft fuselage components. - Work experience on Airbus concession methods and process. - Strong Manufacturing engineering knowledge, drawing reading, Knowledge on GD&T. - Working Knowledge in Metallic/composite Aircraft Structures. - Good understanding of strength of materials. - In depth knowledge of static & fatigue analysis of metallic/composite structures. - Good understanding of load path. - Knowledge/Hands on execution of Hand calculation. - Good Experience on Airbus usage tools like ISAMI Xpress, ISAMI Analyst, ARINA, SAP. - Collaborate with Design colleagues and also with the Client in providing solutions in a short span of time. - Responsible for providing deliverables to specification, within agreed timescale, meeting the necessary quality standards and to customer satisfaction. - Logging and maintaining the Quality records and KPI s - Ability to deconstruct complex problem into solvable issues. - Knowledge of writing Excel Macros would be advantage. - French language is an added advantage. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aircraft Structural Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
