Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions and achieve business objectives. You will apply scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge, and practical experience to solve engineering problems. Your work will involve structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Aircraft Structures. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring their successful implementation. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Contribute to the development of technical engineering solutions. - Assist in solving engineering problems and achieving business objectives. - Work on structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structures. - Strong understanding of scientific, socio-economic, and technical knowledge. - Practical experience in solving engineering problems. - Experience in structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. - Hands-on experience with relevant tools and software. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Aircraft Structures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Masters in the field of Mechanical Aerospace Engineering or a comparable engineering qualification is required. An MBA would be an advantage.
