Summary: As an Engineering Services Lead, you will lead a team of engineers to develop technical engineering solutions and achieve business objectives. You will ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions with the right quality and cost. This role requires expertise in various engineering specializations, including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. You will assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects, making a significant impact on the organization's success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead a team of engineers to develop technical engineering solutions. - Ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions with the right quality and cost. - Work across engineering specializations, including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. - Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects. - Provide guidance and support to team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Testing. - Strong understanding of wireless network technologies and protocols. - Experience in designing and implementing 5G wireless networks. - Knowledge of network testing methodologies and tools. - Familiarity with network performance optimization techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 16 years full time education is required.
