Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Identification

  • Source active and passive candidates through job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Leverage networking, referrals, and social media to identify top talent.
  • Screen resumes to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for US-based roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

2. Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, and salary expectations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

3. Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis

  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and expectations in detail.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to prioritize open positions.
  • Share suitable profiles with clients and follow up regularly for feedback.

4. Negotiation & Offer Management

  • Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and benefits (C2C, W2, or 1099).
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Verify work authorization (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and US employment regulations.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • High energy, proactive attitude, and passion for recruitment
