Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Identification
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Leverage networking, referrals, and social media to identify top talent.
- Screen resumes to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for US-based roles.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
2. Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
3. Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and expectations in detail.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to prioritize open positions.
- Share suitable profiles with clients and follow up regularly for feedback.
4. Negotiation & Offer Management
- Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and benefits (C2C, W2, or 1099).
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Verify work authorization (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, etc.).
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and US employment regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- High energy, proactive attitude, and passion for recruitment
