Job Title: Engineering Recruiter US Staffing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Engineering Recruiter with 13 years of experience in US IT/Engineering Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing engineering professionals across various industries in the United States. This role requires strong expertise in US recruitment processes, technical hiring, and working with direct clients or implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and technical roles in the US market.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, Boolean searches, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, visa status, and salary expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in ATS.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent.
  • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles as per client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with US staffing laws and documentation processes.
  • Meet weekly/monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in US IT/Engineering Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with US job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Familiarity with visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.).
  • Experience working with direct clients and/or implementation partners.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill engineering roles.
  • Knowledge of ATS tools.
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
