Engineering Recruiter

About the Role

We are hiring a performance-driven Engineering Recruiter (US Staffing) with proven experience in hiring for the US market. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to engineering domains such as Automotive, Aerospace, or Manufacturing and should be comfortable working onsite from Day 1 in Jayanagar, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle for Engineering requirements.
• Source candidates primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter (hands-on experience preferred).
• Work on roles including Mechanical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Aerospace Engineer, Embedded Engineer, Design Engineer, etc.
• Utilize job portals like Dice, indeed, Monster along with networking strategies.
• Conduct technical pre-screening and qualification calls.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Clients for requirement clarity.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in Oorwin ATS (preferred experience).
• Ensure compliance with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Meet weekly and monthly submission/placement targets.

Mandatory Requirements

• 25 years of US Staffing experience (Engineering domain required).
• Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and talent mapping.
• Practical working experience with Oorwin ATS.
• Experience hiring for Automotive, Aerospace, or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of US work authorization and tax terms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in US night shift.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Local to Bengaluru (Jayanagar preferred) OR willing to relocate and work onsite from Day 1.
• Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred.
• Target-driven mindset with strong ownership of requirements.
