Job Title: Senior Engineering Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to support hiring for a leading Medical Devices client. The recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Software, Mechanical, Electrical)
• Source and screen candidates using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and compliance needs
• Conduct initial technical and behavioral screenings
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
• Ensure adherence to medical device industry standards and hiring compliance

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of engineering recruitment experience (Medical Devices or Life Sciences preferred)
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and regulated industry hiring
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
