Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Engineering Roles Such as Electonics, Electical engineer, etc
Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver top talent.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, both technically and culturally.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to proactively source niche talent.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in engineering recruitment for either US or UK clients
Proficiency in LinkedIn RPS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extroverted personality with a passion for networking and relationship-building.
