Location: Ahmedabad - onsite

Experience: 2-5 Years

Shift hours: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST.

Job Requirement:

Create and implement a recruitment strategy.
Source, attract, and screening candidates based on a well-detailed strategy.
Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific technical roles.
Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods.
Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
Full Life cycle recruiting of engineering positions into Construction and HVAC sectors.
Should have experience working on ATS and VMS

Skillset

Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end US engineering Recruitment.
Working as a 360 Consultant, you will need to build relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
Strong experience working with LinkedIn recruiter.
Additionally, Candidate should have outgoing personality and excellent Interpersonal and extrovert personality.
Should have strong candidate relationship skills demonstrated through effective communication.
Should have strong negotiation skills.
