This role will support hiring across Automotive | Vehicle | Aerospace | Digital Engineering | Manufacturing | Defense | Telecom | Oil | Gas | Utility | Energy | Industrial | Automobile | Medical Devices

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for engineering roles

Proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards & Boolean search

Strong collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders

Building talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-find skills

Managing ATS and ensuring a smooth candidate experience

Ideal Background:

13 years of experience in Engineeringrecruitment.

Experience hiring for Automotive, Aerospace or Manufacturing domains is a plus

Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms
