We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Analytics Manager to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy, leadership, and hands-on SAP analytics expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP analytics delivery aligned with enterprise standards
• Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA analytics projects, including data migration and integration
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW/4HANA, and HANA
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data governance, security, accuracy, and compliance
• Train users on SAP analytics tools and best practices

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8+ years in data analytics/BI with 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA
• Strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA, and HANA Modeling
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL, ABAP, and data integration technologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in SAP environments
• Experience with AI/ML integration in SAP
• SAP certifications (SAC or S/4HANA)
