Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (C++) to lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and mission-critical systems. This role requires a strong hands-on technical background combined with people leadership and architectural ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to C++ development, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Own system design and architecture (HLD/LLD) for scalable and robust solutions.
• Drive DevOps, Agile practices, and CI/CD pipelines to improve engineering productivity.
• Manage technical escalations and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define and evolve the technical roadmap and architecture aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee project planning, timelines, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Mentor and lead engineering teams, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1218 years of overall experience with 24 years in engineering leadership or managerial roles.
• Strong expertise in C++, including:
• STL containers and algorithms
• Multithreading and concurrency
• Memory management and performance tuning
• Experience with enterprise-scale and distributed systems.
• Hands-on exposure to microservices architecture and scalable system design.
• Strong understanding of networking, scalability, and high-availability systems.
• Experience managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven with a passion for engineering excellence, code quality, and continuous improvement.
