• Lead and deliver large-scale fintech platforms
• Design and own microservices & system architecture
• Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar
• Drive AI/ML adoption in core user-facing systems
• Partner closely with Product & Business leaders

What were looking for

• 8+ years engineering experience, 2+ years in leadership
• Strong Node.js / Python backend expertise
• Deep system design & cloud experience (AWS/GCP)
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML production systems
• Builder mindset : 01, scale, optimize, repeat
