About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong C#/.NET background to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, people leadership, and delivery ownership in a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers working on C#/.NET applications
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects including planning, execution, and release
• Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for scalable, secure systems
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders
• Drive engineering best practices: code reviews, design reviews, testing, CI/CD
• Hire, onboard, and grow top engineering talent
• Ensure high standards for performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Track team KPIs, delivery metrics, and continuously improve processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core
• 3+ years in an Engineering Manager / Tech Lead role
• Strong experience in:
• ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Microservices
• SQL Server / NoSQL databases
• Cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable)
• RESTful services and system integration
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and OOP
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Good to Have

• Experience with distributed systems and high-scale applications
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
• Prior experience in product-based companies or SaaS platforms
