Key Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline

10+ years of hands-on software development experience (platform engineering preferred)

Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing teams of 1020 engineers

Solid knowledge of Kafka, HBase, or comparable technologies

Strong programming skills in Java and Python

Front-end experience with React or Angular

Background in developing large-scale, distributed systems

Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities
