Responsibilities

• Lead and support agile engineering teams (612 engineers), including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
• Foster a healthy, high-performing team culture.
• Guide architectural decisions and technical direction aligned with business goals.
• Drive delivery of high-quality software according to quarterly plans.
• Collaborate closely with Product and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure effective agile practices and continuous process improvement.
• Report on delivery progress, quality, and system performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering management.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience with system architecture and technical design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based systems and backend technologies (e.g., AWS, Java, Python, NoSQL).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
