Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager who can:
Participate in requirement discussions and finalize scope
Estimate effort, define timelines, and manage sprint planning
Mentor developers in Flutter, Python, Database and AWS
Ensure scalable architecture and high-quality releases
Manage deployments and cloud infrastructure
Must Have:
Strong Flutter architecture knowledge
Python backend (FastAPI/Tornado)
PostgreSQL/MsSQL optimization
AWS production experience
Agile delivery management
