Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of our next-generation Agentic AI low-code/no-code hyperautomation platform. You will be responsible for engineering excellence, SDLC enforcement, and ensuring product scalability, performance, and reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role spanning backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:

Primary Ownership:

• To drive AI-First Development within EIQ Product Engineering Team with Vibe Coding and internally developed AI-First model to drive the engineering.
• Comprehensive ownership of Engineering DevSecOps with complete SDLC cutting across all technologies: Java, Python, .NET, JS and others used in the platform.

Detailed responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team.
• Define, enforce, and continuously improve SDLC and quality processes.
• Oversee delivery of product features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Conduct design and code reviews; ensure adherence to architectural principles.
• Own release readiness and production deployment quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and DevOps for seamless delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and automation initiatives.

What will you bring to the team?

- 15+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in engineering management.

- Strong hands-on background in Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript/React, and Kubernetes/Docker.

- Proven record of enforcing SDLC, testing, and CI/CD processes.

- Solid understanding of REST/gRPC, microservices, event-driven design and observability.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Good To Have :

- Experience building enterprise SaaS or LowCode NoCode platforms.

- Knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI pipeline integrations.

- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO, GDPR).
