Engineering Manager Electronic & Sensor Integration

We are hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Electronic & Sensor Integration for new product development within the Energy Business Unit.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end product development, leading a team focused on sensor integration, embedded systems, and electronic hardware design. You will play a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality solutions from concept to high-volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team working on NPD, VA/VE, and sustaining projects
• Drive development of complex electronic systems (analog/digital, PCB, embedded)
• Oversee sensor integration and IoT-enabled product development
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and compliance with global standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system-level integration and NPI

Ideal Profile:

• 15+ years in electronics product development
• Strong experience in sensor systems, embedded design, and PCB development
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
• Background in energy, power electronics, or industrial systems
• Exposure to IoT, smart systems, or connected products
