JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description: Engineering Manager (RCM and EMR KTLO Team)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
Oversee the design, development, testing, delivery, maintenance, and improvement of business applications.
Ensure the team adheres to best practices for efficient code production using open-source frameworks and patterns.
Manage the health and performance of the production environment on Azure Cloud.
Coordinate incident resolution efforts and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and practices.
Conduct performance reviews and provide career development guidance.
Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Guide the transition to Kubernetes microservice architecture.
Ensure the reduction of technical debt and support business feature enhancements as needed.
Handle people management using Workday software.
Manage performance and development of team members.
Take ownership of technical delivery.
Report to the Senior Engineering Manager.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ yrs proven experience in software development and team management.
Strong understanding of full-stack development, particularly with .NET and Angular frameworks.
Experience with incident management and resolution.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Cloud services.
Proficiency in using Workday software for people management.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with IoT platforms.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and microservice architecture.
