About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead the development of our internal Risk, Fraud and Operations Platform. This platform plays a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations, detecting anomalies, managing fraud workflows, and supporting internal teams with real-time visibility and control.

As an Engineering Manager, you’llbe responsible for leading a cross-functional team of backend engineers working on high-throughput systems, real-time data pipelines, and internal tools that power operational intelligence and risk management. You will own delivery, architecture decisions, team growth, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of software engineers building internal risk and ops platforms.

Oversee the design and development of scalable microservices and real-time data pipelines.

Collaborate with stakeholders from Risk, Ops, and Product to define technical roadmaps and translate them into delivery plans.

Ensure high system reliability, data accuracy, and low-latency access to risk signals and ops dashboards.

Drive architectural decisions, code quality, testing, and deployment best practices.

Contribute to hands-on design, reviews, and occasional coding when required.

Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of services deployed on AWS.

Mentor team members and foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
