We are building a consumer-first travel platform that transforms how people discover, plan, and book holidays.

Role Summmary :

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team and build consumer-facing technology that powers the 30 Sundays travel experience.

You will work closely with product, design, operations, and growth teams to build scalable systems, ship high-quality features quickly, and create exceptional user experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who has built products in consumer internet startups, understands speed and ownership, and enjoys building both products and teams from the ground up.

What you 'll build:

Consumer App (first of its kind experience)

Build and scale a best-in-class travel discovery and booking experience for Indian travellersfocusing on speed, usability, and personalization.

Youll help create a platform that moves beyond traditional travel booking interfaces and delivers a modern, intuitive holiday planning experience.

• Travel Discovery: Create engaging discovery experiences that help users explore destinations and trip ideas easily.
• AI Recommendation & Personalization: Deliver tailored recommendations based on user browsing behaviour and preferences.
• High-Performance Platform: Ensure a fast, reliable, and mobile-first consumer experience which is able to cater to 20 Mn DAUs.
• Data-driven Improvements: Continuously optimize the product using user insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of engineers delivering consumer product features and internal platforms.
• Own technical architecture, scalability, and reliability of systems.
• Mentor engineers and help build a high ownership and high velocity engineering culture.
• Translate product ideas into robust technical solutions and shipped outcomes.

What you are looking for :

• 68 years of engineering experience, with at least 2+ years managing engineering teams.
• Strong experience building products at consumer internet startups (required)..
• Prior experience building platforms, internal tools, or marketplace systems is a plus.

Preferred Education:

IITs / Top NITs / BITS / equivalent strong engineering institutions.
