Responsibility

• - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 812 product engineers.
• - Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
• - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• - Product Delivery life cycle Management, Release Train Engineering (RTE) and Implementation
• - Own end-to-end delivery of product lifecycle, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
• - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, vendors and QA to define scope and priorities.
• - participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and product release cycles.

• Technical Oversight -

• - Guide product decisions and maintain scalable product versions.
• - Review code and provide constructive feedback.
• - Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices.
• - Align product engineering goals with business objectives.
• - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

1. - Contribute to hiring strategy and participate in technical interviews.
