About the Role
Over the last year, weve scaled revenue, expanded our teams, and significantly grown our product complexity and footprint. What started as a zero-to-one journey is now evolving into a phase of structured scale, and were expanding our engineering team to build what comes next.
Were looking for Engineering Interns (Full Stack / Backend) who want real ownership, enjoy building end-to-end systems, and are excited to see their work go live to real users.
If you enjoy figuring things out independently, learning fast, and shipping production-ready software this role is for you.
What Youll Do
- Design, Build & Ship Features: Contribute to product features across frontend and backend systems handling real user traffic
- Develop End-to-End Systems: Work across UI, APIs, business logic, and databases
- Build Production-Ready Applications: Create responsive web experiences and scalable backend services
- API & Backend Development: Implement APIs, services, and business workflows
- Database Engineering: Design schemas, write efficient queries, and work with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Performance Optimization & Debugging: Identify bottlenecks, fix production issues, and improve application performance
- Scalable System Thinking: Assist in designing backend architectures that support growth
- Deployment & Production Exposure: Participate in deployment cycles and learn how production systems operate at scale
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship meaningful features
- Experiment & Learn: Explore new technologies and continuously improve development workflows
What Makes You a Good Fit
- You can write code that works
- Comfortable with JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience with TypeScript and working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue (preferred)
- Familiarity with backend development using Node.js or another backend language
- Understanding of APIs, frontend-backend integration, and system design basics
- Knowledge of database fundamentals (SQL/NoSQL; PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience through side projects, internships, hackathons, or academic projects
- Curious about how systems scale and operate in production
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, etc.)
- Experience deploying applications to production
- Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, or DevOps workflows
- Knowledge of Redis, PostgreSQL, or serverless architectures
- Enjoy debugging and improving system performance
Salary and Location
Location: Bangalore
Expected CTC: We pay top of market for the right folks and also offer generous equity (ESOP) to everyone in the team
