Manager Instrumentation Design & Engineering (On Direct payroll of a Mega International Fertilizer Manufacturer)

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager Instrumentation Design & Engineering to lead instrumentation design and engineering activities for large-scale Fertilizer Plant projects. This senior-level position is based in Gurugram and offers the opportunity to contribute to complex industrial projects in a dynamic engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Electrical design and engineering activities for fertilizer plant projects
• Ensure compliance with international standards
• Support procurement, vendor evaluation, and technical bid analysis
• Coordinate with process, Instrumentation, mechanical, and project teams
• Provide support during installation, commissioning, and start-up
• Lead and mentor Electrical design engineers and designers

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
• 10 to 35 years of relevant experience in fertilizer, petrochemical, refinery, or large industrial projects
• Strong exposure to EPC project environment
• Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects preferred
• Proven leadership and project management capability
