Key Responsibilities

Engineering Coordination

Manage and track engineering support tasks using JIRA.

Coordinate issue resolution and follow-ups for lab equipment and infrastructure.

Liaise with HYD Engineering Support for timely task execution.

Hiring & Onboarding

Review and shortlist candidates for support engineering roles.

Coordinate interview scheduling with internal teams and external partners.

Manage onboarding logistics including ID card issuance and workspace setup.

Lab Operations

Support and Ensure compliance with TPM/6S, ESD, and EHS standards.

Support lab audits, infrastructure upgrades, and warranty tracking.

Handle asset transfers, purchases, and inventory management.

Administrative Support

Organize recurring meetings such as GEL Weekly Connect and Biweekly Reports.

Maintain documentation and communication for lab activities and hiring updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.

24 years of experience in engineering coordination or lab operations.

Familiarity with JIRA, MS Office, and basic lab equipment workflows.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
