Engineer

A IT support engineer should provide enterprise-level support to internal customers

·         Attend first level queries/complains by the end user through Sampark, emails and calls

·         Maintain daily checklist of all network hub rooms and surveillance infrastructure

·         Coordinate with vendors for service support

·         Allotment of workstations, installing and configuring 1^st level software applications

·         Escalate the unresolved or complicated cases to the network & system administrators

·         Coordinate with end users and departments for new requirements

·         Maintain daily log of activities

·         Highlight possible breakdowns or conditions to the administrators for preventive measures

This position requires shift duties including nights and weekends as to ensure 24x7 availability, managing complains and address the monitoring of the systems.
