People Engineering drives the strategy, delivery, and support of LSEG’s People platforms. These platforms enable capabilities across the full people experience at LSEG. Role Summary:
This role is part of a global People Engineering team dedicated to delivering a seamless network of systems that empower users to be self-sufficient. You will support day-to-day people systems for both Workday and broader recruitment technology. The position requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and a passion for optimising people processes through technology.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Collaborate with functional experts to produce formal configuration requirements documentation.
Configure Workday solutions to meet business requirements, following the standard software development lifecycle.
Facilitate discovery workshops for project requirements gathering.
Proactively identify value-add opportunities within projects and work autonomously to deliver them.
Assist in defining system processes and standards.
Manage multiple stakeholders and demonstrate strong project management skills.
Troubleshoot configuration and reporting issues, identifying and resolving root causes.
Develop a deep understanding of the configuration and functionality of a portfolio of recruiting technology tools, and build the capability to effectively manage and optimize these tools
Key Relationships:
To successfully deliver technology solutions, it is essential to partner closely with People Function stakeholders (typically global process owners) and at times with stakeholders outside of the People Function. This collaboration ensures alignment across strategic priorities, operational requirements, and governance standards, enabling seamless integration and value-driven outcomes.
Technical /Professional Skills & Competencies:
Essential Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, including at least 2 years in a supporting role. Experience must be in Workday Talent Acquisition, however experience in at least one other area required (ideally HCM, Absence, or Talent & Performance).
Experience with Workday Extend/Web Development.
Proven success in building and maturing a Workday ecosystem.
Prior experience managing relationships with Workday and third-party TA systems.
Understanding of Workday security and reporting.
Experience with Workday releases and change management processes.
Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships.
Strong background in HR process optimisation and automation.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Workday Recruiting partner technologies (e.g., Textio, Rooster, Beamery).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Asana or ServiceNow.
Ability to manage own projects through all stages.
Education/ Certifications:
Workday certifications in one or more modules.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
