Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Generation of Conceptual designs for structural / fabricated parts.
2. Conceptual layout preparation for sub-systems.
3. Tolerance stacking for assembly of components.
4. Preparation of detailed drawing for components / assembly / structure and release through Team enter Engg.
5. Add and Delete list preparation
6. Preparation of SOP for sub-system and system assembly.
7. Co-ordinate with CDT for completion of DVP as per project plan.
8. Resolving tractor assembly build issues and Field failures.
9. Adherence to Packaging and interface acceptance criteria.
10. Selection of Tyres and Rims as per product requirement.
11. Perform analytical calculations for simple structures and stability calculations.
12. Prepare loads, Boundary conditions and Co-ordinate with CAE for design verification.
