Results-driven Workday Functional Engineer with strong expertise across Core HCM, Workday Recruiting, and Workday Talent modules. Skilled in translating complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, optimizing end-to-end HR processes, and delivering high-quality configurations aligned with organizational goals.

Proficient in business process design , configurable security , reporting , and data management , with hands-on experience leading configuration, testing cycles, and production support. Adept at troubleshooting functional issues, recommending process improvements, and guiding stakeholders through Workday capabilities and best practices. Recognized for a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement within the Workday ecosystem.

• Develop functional designs and configuration that support company and stakeholder initiatives while meeting customer requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn new technologies
• Create clear documentation for new and optimized configurations, system designs, and business requirements
• Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goals
• Present innovative ideas to improve systems, processes, or services based on industry research
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Must Have skills:

• Workday, HCM Core,
• Configurations in Workday Modules- Recruiting, Performance Mgt (Techno Functional (IT instead of Business) Payroll,
• Prism modules
