Engineer (software / hardware) - medtech

We are looking for Founding Engineers to join our core team and help build a clinically relevant medical device and digital health platform from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role at the intersection of hardware, software, and healthcare, where you will work closely with doctors, founders, and real patientsnot just specs and simulations.

• Design, develop, and iterate on medical device hardware and/or software systems
• Work on device-to-app / device-to-cloud integration
• Translate clinical requirements into engineering specifications
• Build, test, debug, and improve prototypes used in real clinical settings
• Collaborate closely with clinicians to refine usability and accuracy

• Develop and maintain mobile apps / web dashboards / backend services
• Work on data pipelines, APIs, device data processing
• Integrate firmware output with software systems
• Support analytics, AI, or decision-support features (if applicable)

Tech stack may include:

Android / iOS / Web, Python, Node.js, Flutter, React, REST APIs, cloud services, data analytics

• Work on embedded systems, sensors, electronics
• Support PCB design, prototyping, testing, and validation
• Interface hardware with firmware and software teams
• Assist in preparing hardware for clinical trials and regulatory pathways

Tech areas may include:

Embedded C/C++, microcontrollers, sensors, PCB tools, hardware testing & validation

You are a good fit if you:

• Have strong fundamentals in software or hardware engineering (or both)
• Are excited about building real products , not just maintaining legacy systems
• Are comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-changing startup
• Want ownership, responsibility, and long-term growth
• Are motivated by healthcare impact and patient outcomes

• B.Tech / M.Tech / equivalent experience in Software / Electronics etc
• Experience with startups, prototypes, or real-world deployments preferred
• Exposure to medical devices, health-tech, embedded systems, or IoT is a plus
• Fresh graduates with strong projects and learning mindset are welcome
