Engineer - Powertrain Development Centre

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Vehicle Emission testing as per Indian & European legislation
2) Test facility work Planning and Scheduling
3) Monitor & achieve Utilization & efficiency of test facility
4) Test report preparation and release,
5) Manitenance of test facility and equipment 
6) Trouble shooting & failure analysis of engine / test facility problems.

Skills critical for the role:

In-depth knowledge of vehicle Emission test facility, testing equipment's , engine/vehicle system  to manage factors affecting performance & emission results.

Proficient in handling below equipments ,  
- Emission measuring Equipments 
- Chassis dyno & Automation software
- Fuel consumption measuring equipments

Ability to perform Chassis Dyno Performance & Emission testing independently.

Knowledge on engine management softwares like INCA, VISU.

Conversant with NABL process (As per ISO 17025)

Experience

2-3 Years

Industry Preferred

1. Automotive Industry

Qualifications

BE - Minimum 2 years, DME - Minimum 7 years

General Requirements

1. Good communication skill
2. Knowledge of MS office, Power point
