Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Engineer Intern role based in Bengaluru. The Engineer Intern will be responsible for assisting in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, debugging technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the enhancement of various HR Tech platforms and SaaS applications. The intern may also engage in research and development for new features and improvements in existing products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Knowledge of software development processes, debugging, and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
- Understanding of AI concepts or data science is an added advantage
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
