This is a full-time, on-site Engineer Intern role located in Bengaluru. As an Engineer Intern, you will assist in the development and enhancement of PMS and OKR platforms, participate in debugging and testing of software solutions, and contribute to the design and implementation of features. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges while maintaining best practices in coding standards and project timelines.

• Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and familiarity with software development methodologies
• Knowledge in debugging, testing, and problem-solving with strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, or interest in exploring and supporting these technologies
• Basic understanding of cloud-based SaaS platforms and APIs
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with diverse teams
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and contributing to innovative solutions
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Prior internship or project experience in related fields is a plus
