This is a hybrid internship role for an Engineer Intern based in Bengaluru, India, with flexibility for remote work. The Engineer Intern will work on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions, supporting real-time data integration, and troubleshooting technical issues. Other responsibilities include assisting in the creation, testing, and maintenance of software applications while collaborating with different teams to implement innovative performance management solutions.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, APIs, and data integration
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, algorithms, or frameworks
• Ability to conduct testing, debugging, and maintenance of software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Exposure to Agile development practices is an advantage
• Knowledge of the HR tech domain or performance management systems is a plus
