Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Engineer Intern role based in Bengaluru, India. As an Engineer Intern, you will assist in the development, testing, and optimization of HR Tech platforms, contribute to software enhancement initiatives, and troubleshoot technical challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and ensure quality software deliverables. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven products and gain hands-on experience in HR Tech solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, along with experience in software development practices.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience or familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and database management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in learning and applying new technologies.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and team-working skills.
- A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with enrollment in or completion of a degree program.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools, as well as experience or coursework in HR Tech platforms, is a plus.
