What youll be doing...

As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports our data platform and analytics teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, preparing, and transforming data from various sources to enable business insights. Your work will involve handling both structured and unstructured data, using batch and/or real-time streaming processes to populate our data warehouse and data lake.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements.

• Develop data ingestion, preparation, and transformation processes.

• Create scripts for data sourcing and parsing.

• Build and maintain data streaming applications.

• Debug and resolve production issues.

• Perform ETL/ELT development tasks.

What were looking for...

You are a detail-oriented and curious professional who enjoys working with data. You are skilled in leveraging your technical abilities to solve complex data challenges and are eager to learn new technologies.

You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant work experience in data engineering.

• Experience in collaborating with and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.

• Experience with data warehouse concepts and the data management lifecycle.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Relevant certifications in ETL/ELT development.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
